Herschell is a NPC you can encounter in the Dungeon, behind the door blocked by the Red Kosher Kube. He sells Anti-Kube for 20 Gold.
Anti-Kube will severely cripple the next Kosher Kube or Frightening Ghost you fight, reducing all of their stats to 1, decreasing their damage, and increasing the damage you deal to them.
